I started coaching with Jamie in a season of life that was very difficult for me. I had just gone through a divorce that really rocked my entire world...well my story :-) Jamie supported me in bringing awareness to the story I was living in and guided me to see who I am not. This allowed me the space to start to really connect and feel who I really am. Life is unfolding for me and I can say that I am following my heart. I am taking leaps that make no sence to some, but to me I know I must follow my heart. I must do what feels right. I guess having some one zoom into your life and challenge you on the BS with no judgement, is such a beautiful thing. Well firstly I bloody love him, Jamie's style of coaching is authentic down to earth and chatty, he will tell me exactly what he sees without judgment and because of that I have told him a great deal about myself and my responses to life events.

You are not 'lead' with Jamie Gonzalez. If I had to discrive what I have gotten out of it I would say I have moved in the last two years in a way I couldn't have fathomed, I have left jobs and said yes to things that have given me the greatest joy and freedom. Jamie has facilitated me recognising what was in the way of that and more importantly enabled me to get in touch with the part of me that always felt to move in that way, showing up as myself and moving with what I feel to do- do you know how incredible that is? I know this is just the beginning but the changes that have occurred and the experiences I am having since starting mentoring with Jamie are really something else. Jamie has a very warm and open nature that has put me at ease and continues to remind me of who I truly am. I am now making decisions based on my feelings, not my head, something I had lost touch with. The sessions have also been extremely supportive in getting out of my story and realising that what has happened and what is going to happen is perfect, without question. This is a huge commitment - to yourself - but well worth it and truly life changing.

I found the mentoring with Jamie thought provoking and challenging. I realised I was spending a lot of time in judgement of myself and others. Jamie was able to 'hold up a mirror' for me through this process enabling me to become more present to 'this' moment. I have spent a lot of time in my life trying to understand things in the past and grow out of them. WTF opened my eyes to not being engaged in the 'storyline' and learning to not be charged by positive or negative. When I first connected with Jamie I knew on an instinctive level that I HAD to work with him. I actually had a physical reaction as I knew that what he said was full of truth. It has been challenging for me at times but Jamie has always held me accountable and brought me back to the truth of who I really am and for that I am deeply grateful. Jamie was great to work with and although I can't pin point exactly how I've changed, I feel different - like there's more space where all the clutter in my mind used to be.
